BRAND MANAGERS

The knowledgeable and experienced Brand Management team specializes in hotel facility evaluation, on-site training and hotel operations consulting to help franchisees run their business smoothly and profitably. Each Brand Manager has many years of hospitality industry experience and has earned the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation. As your central point of contact, your Brand Manager can help you navigate through the activation process and assist in ongoing business needs.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Revenue management is both a science and an art. SureStay combines one of the most proficient and knowledgeable revenue management teams in North America with a State of the Industry revenue management system. Our Revenue managers are required to attain and maintain two specific industry certifications, CHRM and CHIA and provide support to hotels. The BestRev, revenue management software, provides a menu of functions including :demand forecasting, competitive rate shopping, and pricing recommendations, updated each morning.
