OWNER-FRIENDLY CONTRACTS AND FEES

SureStay Hotel Group’s fees are competitive to maximize ROI for our franchisees. Additionally, initial fees are scalable to the market, property size and SureStay brand at the time of application. Ongoing royalty and marketing fees are a percentage of the hotel’s gross room revenue.


Product and service quality are key drivers of future success. Once your application has been approved, a PIP will be developed based on the condition of your hotel. Both applicant and approved hotels must maintain a minimum rating of 3.5 on TripAdvisor to preserve their SureStay status.
